  • 1 Banana
  • 100 g Berries (mixture, frozen)
  • 3 tbl spoons oat flakes
  • 4-5 tbl spoons plain yogurt
  • milk
  • 2 icecubes

Zubereitung

  1. Let the frozen berry-mix defrost. Cut banana into middle-sized pieces. Puree frozen berries, banana pieces, yogurt and oat flakes. Add as much milk as you want to reach your preferred consistency. Distribute smoothie in two glasses, add an icecube in each glass and serve with a straw.
