Zubereitung

  1. First melt the butter & chocolate on top the stove over some water.Once melted remove from the heat and add all the other ingredients and mix well.
    Bake in a pre heated oven (180c gas mark 4) for 30 minutes or until the mixture starts to shrink from the sides and the centre feels spongy to touch.Leave the mixture in the tin to cool for 10 minutes before dividing into squares and tranfer to a cooling rack to finish cooling.
    Incorporating sour cream / creme fraiche in your brownie mix makes for incredibly moist brownies with a nice crunchy crust.
