Rezept JO: New York Vanilla Cheesecake with Blueberries
Grease and line the base of a 24cm springform tin. Preheat oven to 180C.
Mix biscuits and butter in a bowl,press into pan and bake for 10 minutes. Turn oven up to 200C.
Meanwhile, combine sugar and cornflour in a bowl.
Add cream cheese and beat until creamy and smooth. Add eggs and beat well.
Gradually add in cream,then vanilla and lemon zest,beat till smooth.
Tip mixture into pan,bake for 35 to 40 minutes…put some foil over top if it browns too quickly.
Allow to cool,chill overnight.
For topping,simmer berries,sugar and 1 tbsp water for 10 minutes over low heat.
Cool and serve with cake.
