Zutaten

ggg
1 tbl spoon
plain yogurt
160 ml
milk
120 g
flour
1 tea spoon
baking powder
30 g
sugar
3 tbl spoons
coconut rasps
2 tbl spoons
rasped chocolate
1 pinch
salt

Zubereitung

  1. 1.

    Mix egg, yogurt and milk.

    Add flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Mix everything together. Fold in the coconut rasps.

    Wash raspberries and cut them into halves. Cut chocolate if you are not using rasped chocolate. Add raspberries and chocolate rasps to the dough.

  4. 4.

    Heat butter/oil in a pan. Use two big tablespoons of dough for one pancake. Bake on one side, turn around and bake the other side. Store baked pancakes in the oven (50° celsius) to keep warm until all are finished.

    Serve the pancakes warm with same leftovers of the chocolate rasps, coconut rasps and/or raspberries.
